Returns & Exchanges

At Games and Stuff, we want you to love your new gear; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund status.
